The full Big Kitty extravaganza involves any combination ranging from a four-piece (Big Kitty & the Lucky Three), featuring vocals, plenty of harmony vocals, guitar, upright bass, and drums, right up to the whole Big Kitty Band shebang, with piany, fiddle, brass line, a little more jazz, and plenty o' laughs.  However the Big Kitty crew are also available for work as an acoustic rockabilly / blues / country trio (two guitars or guitar and bass, plus three vocals).  If that's more your bag or you've got a smaller venue or lower-key event, don't hesitate to get in touch!

As well as all that, Machine Gun Matt and Big Kitty also work in duo or trio format in another acoustic project called Moonshine & Hooch.  In this, they indulge their love of Australian pub rock and folk, their heritage in traditional jazz, and their everyday blues.  It's a very different sound from the Big Kitty phenomenon, but it's just as in-demand.  Think Sunday session, thongs, beer and backyard cricket.
